Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of sudosudo (sudosudo.dev): hosted machines and microVMs for AI agents, and the guard that monitors servers and runs an autonomous triage agent on them. By creating an account you accept them. Last updated 2026-10-12.
The service
sudosudo lets you launch machines from templates, connect your own servers as targets, define alert rules and let a triage agent investigate incidents over SSH within a command allowlist you approve. Features may change as the product evolves; we will not remove a paid feature during a paid period without notice.
Your account
You must give a valid email address and keep access to it, since it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account and organisation, including the actions of members you invite and of agents you configure.
Your servers and the agent
You may only connect servers you own or are authorised to administer. You decide which commands the agent may run; it will not run commands outside that allowlist. Automated investigation and remediation can still have side effects: review your allowlist, keep backups, and do not rely on sudosudo as your only safeguard for critical systems.
Acceptable use
You must not use sudosudo or its machines to break the law, send spam, mine cryptocurrency on shared resources, attack or scan systems you are not authorised to test, host malware, or try to escape a sandbox or access other customers' data. We may suspend machines or accounts that do so, and we will tell you why unless the law forbids it.
Your content and keys
You keep all rights to the content on your machines and servers. You give us only the permissions needed to run the service. Keys you bring (cloud, LLM) are used solely for the actions you request; charges that providers bill to those keys are yours.
Plans and billing
Free plans have usage limits shown in the app. Paid plans and hosted machines are billed as shown at the time you order them. You can cancel at any time; hosted machines stop accruing charges once deleted.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is announced when possible.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may end these terms if you breach them. On closing, your machines are deleted and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Questions: alerts@sudosudo.dev.
